To the water. And thats how the water gets dirty. I can't do this because soon the world would be underwater.
This is bad because in the middle of 2009 the world will be underwater at this rate. I hope this don't happend.

The bags that fall in the water, not only make it "dirty", it is dangerous for sea animals. Also, you didn't mention what we can do to use less plastic bags. Please write a little more...
